Our pizzas are covered with Fior di latte; which literally translates to, “the flower of milk” this is one of the most sought after types of mozzarella in Italy. We get ours from a local and renown dairy farmer Carlo Caresana.
A special blend of chuck and brisket, our 180 gram burgers are packed fresh with 100% organic beef & are topped with high quality ingredients. These burgesr are fitted between hamburger buns sourced from our local bakery and served with French Fries.
All our steaks are premium cuts from grass fed cows are sourced from the local & family run San Giorgio butchery and live stock farm.
Our wines, including our “house wines”, have their origins from the vineyard “La Moradella” situated on the hillsides between the “Oltrepo'” and Piacenza. With over 50 years of experience in wine making, the Bernini family have maintained the tradition of hand picking grapes on their 52 acres of vineyards.
